Legal Status and Regulatory Information

The service provider is a natural private person (Privatperson). As a private individual, no company registration number (Firmenbuchnummer), no value-added tax identification number (UID-Nummer), and no trade authority oversight apply. This does not exempt from statutory obligations applicable to information society services.

This notice fulfills information duties under § 5 of the Austrian E-Commerce Act (ECG) and disclosure duties under § 25 of the Austrian Media Act (MedienG), where applicable.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

Information under § 19 Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG): The provider is not obliged and does not commit to participating in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was officially discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
